Dear Civic Families,

We are thrilled to kick off planning for our 2nd Annual Christmas in July event, happening Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Bakersfield Country Club! This special fundraiser supports something very close to our hearts – the live orchestra that brings our Nutcracker performances to life.

As one of the last remaining studios in the country to perform The Nutcracker with a live orchestra, these funds are essential to preserving this incredible experience for our dancers and our city.

To make Christmas in July a success, we need the help of our amazing dance families! We’re looking for volunteers to join the following committees:

Decor Committee: Create the festive holiday atmosphere our guests love.

Tickets & Admissions: Help with ticket sales and check-in.

Event Operations (Volunteer Coordinator): Oversee event volunteers and assist with day-of logistics.

Silent Auction & Raffle: Gather and organize auction and raffle items.

Sponsorships: Help secure event sponsors and donations.
