The last day of regular classes is Saturday, May 30th. Classes are learning their dance during class time. It is extremely important that you attend every class! If you have missed too many classes, you will not know the dance and you will not be allowed to perform. Your regular dance classes are considered rehearsals!

Parent Meetings – Please bring your own chair for all meetings!
6:30-7:15 Parent Meeting & Backstage Workers Meeting in Studio B
This meeting is important especially if Gala is new to you! It will be your opportunity to ask questions and receive information about Gala. We will discuss costume details, makeup, hair, tickets, and theater procedures. Things run smoothly at the theater when everyone attends the meetings. Dancers do not need to attend. Do not bring children or babies who cannot sit quietly during the meeting. The backstage workers portion will be for parents who will be working backstage. If you sign up to work backstage, you may not bring siblings or any other children backstage.
7:15-7:30 Proper Hairdo & Bun Class in Studio B
Please attend this class if you don’t have experience doing a classical ballet bun or have questions about head pieces.
No one is excused from rehearsals June 1st-10th. Whenever you see “Once Upon a Time,” it involves ALL the class dances and individual characters of the cast listed.

Help! We will be moving props and scenery into Harvey Auditorium on Monday morning. If you are interested, please sign up on the bulletin board at the studio.
Monday, June 8th is the day we move to Harvey Auditiorium at 1241 G St. The entrance for the dancers will be on the North side of the theater. There is a parking lot on both the North and South side of the theater. Signs will be posted for you to follow. Dancers will get dressed downstairs in the Green Rooom and then find your class in the audience to wait for further instruction.
