Hello Everyone!

It’s time!

Ballet costumes are being passed out in classes this week.  

The dancers will try their costumes on over their leotards in class.  They will also be bringing home a paper that has any special instructions and also explains sizing.  

DO NOT wear the costume to and from the studio.  

Please hang the costume up at home to allow the wrinkles to fall out.  NO IRONING!  You can hang the costume in a bathroom with steam if needed.  

Any alterations and all costume pieces (including tights and shoes) will be required for the 2 studio dress rehearsals and the dress rehearsal and performance at the theater.  Proper hair will be required as well for all rehearsals.  Stage make-up is only necessary for the theater dress rehearsal and performance.  

If you have any questions or if you have not participated in one of our shows yet, please attend one of the Parent Meetings that are listed on the rehearsal schedule. 

Casting information is listed at the studio.  Dress rehearsals begin on Monday, June 2nd.  Please see the rehearsal schedule to see what day and time your dancer’s cast must attend rehearsals.  These rehearsals are mandatory.  Your dancers must attend these rehearsals in order to participate in Gala.
