We’re still glowing from the joy of our second annual Christmas in July celebration — and thanks to your incredible support, it’s clear this summer tradition is here to stay.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our Nutcracker Orchestra fund, enjoyed the beautiful string quartet, and were enchanted by the Bakersfield City Ballet dancers.

A huge thank you to Bakersfield Country Club for hosting us in such a stunning space — it truly felt like we had stepped into Governor Silberhaus’s Christmas party!

Most importantly, the evening helped us make major progress toward our 2025 Nutcracker Orchestra Fund goal. Thanks to your generosity, we raised $17,883, bringing our current total to $27,52050% of the way to our $55,000 goal!

The Nutcracker wouldn’t be the same without the power of a live orchestra, and we’re deeply grateful to everyone helping us keep this tradition alive.

Special thanks to our generous sponsors:

Gayle Batey, Detailed Touch Events, Jim Burke Lincoln, Mary Trichell, Boys & Girls Club of Kern County, Todd Schultz, Aggarwal Cardiology Clinic, Becci McClain, S&E Organic Farms, The George Family, Kyle Heber, Stephanie Horwedel, Pamela Povlak, Rosemary’s Family Creamery, and Jason Williams.

With your continued support, we know we’ll reach our goal and fill the theater with the unforgettable sound of live music this holiday season.

Stay tuned for more updates — and thank you for being part of the magic!
