We’re excited to welcome you back for another amazing year of dance at Civic Dance Center! Our new season class schedule begins Monday, August 11th, 2025 and runs through Saturday, May 30th, 2026.

How to Register:

All dancers have been sent individual class recommendations via email. The schedules are being sent out in groups so give us until Friday, June 26 before contacting us if you did not receive a schedule. Be sure to review your email carefully, as some class days and times have changed this year from the summer schedule. A full studio schedule, tuition rates, and registration forms are included or will follow shortly.

To reserve your spot:

  • Return your completed registration form and tuition payment
  • Pay by Venmo to @Erica-Ueberroth (last 4 digits: 8504)
  • Or register in person during studio hours
In-Person Registration Hours:
  • Now through August 2nd:
    Monday–Thursday: 4:00–9:00pm
    Friday: 4:00–6:30pm
    Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm
  • Additional Hours:
    August 7 & 8: 3:00–7:00pm
    August 9: 11:00am–4:00pm

All classes are filled on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend registering early to secure your place!

Class Placement & Evaluations:

We are continuing to observe students during the last two weeks of the summer session. Any final adjustments to class placement will be communicated before the start of the season. Dancers in our Pointe Conditioning class will have an evaluation on Monday, July 28th to determine possible placement in Pointe 3B. Eligible dancers will be contacted by email.

We are thrilled for another year of growth, artistry, and joy in dance. Thank you for being part of the Civic Dance Center family—let’s make this season our best one yet!

Now an Approved Vendor with Heartland Charter School

Civic Dance Center is proud to be an approved vendor with Heartland Charter School! If you’re interested in using your service vendor funds for classes, please contact our front desk to begin the registration process. Please note:

  • All students—regardless of funding source—must receive class recommendations and approval through the Civic Dance Center administration. You may not register for or attend classes without this step.
  • Heartland funds cannot be used for performance fees, class attire, or costume fees—these must be paid directly by the student’s family.
  • We also offer summer sessions, camps, intensives, master classes, and workshops throughout the year. When possible, we can include these in the Heartland catalog as approved options.
