Our Young People’s Concert is a shortened version of our full length production. Schools from all over Kern County bring students to enjoy the magic of this holiday tradition.

Who will perform?

The following scenes or dances will perform for their respective cast: Battle Scene, Snow Scene, Sugar Plum Fairy, Russian, Spanish, Ribbon Candy, and Mother Ginger Scene.

When will I perform?

CAST A (for the above scenes or dances) performs on Thursday, December 7th. CAST CALL is 8:45am FIRST SHOW begins at 9:30am. SECOND SHOW begins at 11:00am.

CAST B (for the above scenes or dances) performs on Friday, December 8th. CAST CALL is 8:45am. FIRST SHOW begins at 9:30am. SECOND SHOW begins at 11:00am.

The YPC show format is different from our full length production. We begin with the Act II divertissements listed above and then the second portion of the show with Battle Scene. If you are performing in Act II divertissement and also in Battle Scene, you must change downstairs in the Quick Change rooms. It is a fast “intermission” and you do not want to miss your entrance.
